Beer Garden

Beer Garden is approximately 40'x100' partially open facility with a concession area and restrooms next to the building. It is a metal building that is enclosed on the north, south and west sides. There is a concrete floor, limited power and no heating or cooling system. The concession area has been remodeled and includes a large walk-in refrigerator unit.

There are ADA accessible restrooms available near the building. The rental fee includes approximately 60 8' rectangular tables, 220 folding metal chairs, 26 3'x6' interlocking portable stages and a podium, picnic tables may be available for an additional charge. Trash and recycle containers with liners are available.

All setup and tear down is the responsibility of the renter and the facility needs to be returned the way it was found. A walk through will be performed with the renter prior to the event.
