WINEMA HALL

Hall is a 120’ X 40’ enclosed building with a fully equipped kitchen. Total capacity of the hall is 280 people seated with tables, 360 without tables or 580 standing. 

There are restrooms available inside the building. The rental fee includes 8’ rectangular tables, folding chairs, portable stages (if desired).

FLORAL BUILDING

Hall is a 120’ X 50’ enclosed building with large bay windows on the north and south sides. 

Total capacity of the hall is 375 with tables, 400 without tables, and 750 standing. 

There are restrooms available inside the building from April to October. The rental fee includes 8’ rectangular tables and folding chairs.

LIVESTOCK/EQUESTRIAN COMPLEX

There are three individual arenas available in the complex; they may be rented together or separately. 

Collier Pavilion is a 96’ X 170’ indoor arena with pens, bleachers, PA system and announcing stand. 

The Warm-Up Arena is adjacent to the indoor arena and measures at 125’ X 250’ with pens included. 

The Lillard Arena is 150’ X 300’ with an announcing stand, PA system and pens. 

Stalls, extra panels/gates and an office trailer are available for an additional cost.

All rentals require a $50.00-$100.00 damage/cleaning deposit depending on the size of the event. Renter is responsible for all set up and tear down and to abide by all facility rules.

Please contact the office for times and rates for setup and teardown days.
Insurance is required for all events held on the grounds of the 10th DAA. $1,000,000.00 General Liability Policy (with specific wording required by the state) or special events insurance may be purchased through our office. Rates vary depending on event attendance.
