The Junior Fair Board provides young adults the opportunity to develop leadership skills, perform community service and become aware of the business and operations of the 10th D.A.A. and the Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds. “We are very excited to announce that Cheryl Foster, past president of the California Cattlewomen, has agreed to assist and guide the Junior F air Board,” stated fair CEO, Cliff Munson, “We are looking for a group of our youth that would like to gain knowledge about the fair industry and would like to design and develop their own schedule of activities.” This is an incredible opportunity to support agriculture, our community and the Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds while learning important life skills. The Junior Fair Board members will gain industry experience that would be hard to get any other way.
